We typically deliver completed songs in 48 to 72 hours, depending on how quickly the family submits their memories and the number of revisions requested.
Yes. Some partners introduce Keepsake before the service so the song can be played during the memorial; others offer it afterward, when families have had more time to reflect. The song belongs to the family — how and when they use it is entirely their choice.
Families can complete the Memory Canvas together at their own pace, from anywhere. But no one is required to answer a list of questions — the funeral director can simply share the obituary, service notes, or conversations with the family, and our song specialist takes it from there.
Every song includes up to 3 rounds of lyric revisions and 3 rounds of audio revisions, guided personally by a dedicated song specialist. In the rare case a family remains unsatisfied after the full process, we remove the charge from your invoice entirely.
